Linda, 18, and her hippy father Victor are navigating on a barge. They arrive to a small remote village to host a party on their boat. The village lives by a certain philosophy : the young people attain their majority at 30. Before that they are heavily repressed and must obey very strict rules. The strangers who don’t respect the rules are killed.
