After being tortured, Steven, a telecommunication specialist, escapes death by accepting to work for a suspicious profit-making underground organization. He spends his days and night working locked in a secret room behind his small apartment. He must encode numbers in an elaborate vintage computer system and transmit data sheet to anonymous agents. He's only allowed to go out to buy food and supplies.
